報名應繳交資料Required documents and materials

1.入學申請表Application form

2.身分證明文件;護照及外僑居留證 Passport and R.O.C. Alien Resident Certificate

3.財力證明:新台幣120,000元以上(美金4,000元以上) Financial statement: a minimum balance of NT$ 120,000 (US$ 4,000)

4.學歷證明文件:國內大學歷年成績單(錄取者須於註冊報到時繳交歷年成績單正本查驗)。The University-level transcript as which the applicant is currently studying. (Admitted students must submit the complete original copied covering each academic semester for review to the Office of Academic on the day of enrollment.)

5.語文能力證明 Language proficiency certificate.

6.申請費收據影本Copy of the application fee receipt

7.留學計畫書及自傳A statement of purpose and Autobiography

8.院系(所)指定之應另繳交資料 Additional materials requested by department/program

除宣傳、推廣及協助學生辦理來臺必要程序外，本校並無委外辦理招生事務。
Except the dissemination, promotion and assist international students in necessary procedures to Taiwan, Shih Chien University has not outsourced the admission process with agencies.
